Part of a high-performing team, drive the execution of high-profile financial transactions and spearhead complex financing solutions that support the sustainable energy transition across regional markets.

• Structure, execute, and conduct due diligence for limited and non-recourse project financing transactions.
• Lead financial modeling efforts, including scenario analyses and presentation of complex transaction models.
• Prepare credit applications, pitch decks, term sheets, and manage the internal credit approval process.
• Direct project due diligence by interfacing with external legal counsels, advisors, and risk management teams.
• Manage portfolio performance proactively while managing waivers, periodic reviews, and cross-departmental coordination.

skills and experience required.

• Around 5-10 years of relevant experience in executing structured finance/ project financing deals in the APAC region
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and strong analytical evaluation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of credit, legal, tax, and lending frameworks relevant to structured finance.
