Our client is a leading international real estate platform with a significant industrial and logistics portfolio spanning multiple global markets. As the business continues to evolve, a new opportunity in Singapore has arisen for an experienced portfolio management professional to join a high-performing team responsible for providing the strategic insight that underpins investment decisions across the platform.

This is a highly visible role, offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence portfolio performance, capital allocation and long-term investment strategy.

The Opportunity

Working across a diverse international portfolio, you will lead the analysis and reporting that enables informed investment decisions. Combining portfolio analytics, valuation oversight and business intelligence, you will transform complex data into meaningful commercial insight, helping drive performance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting capability, strengthening data governance and supporting the continued evolution of the organisation's portfolio management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio performance analysis across an international industrial and logistics platform.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, performance dashboards and portfolio insights.
• Coordinate valuation processes across multiple markets and support governance activities.
• Maintain and enhance portfolio data integrity, reporting frameworks and analytical tools.
• Provide commercial insight to support investment strategy, capital deployment and asset performance.
• Partner with investment, asset management, finance and executive stakeholders across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation and business intelligence capabilities.

About You

• You are an analytically strong real estate professional who enjoys solving commercial problems through data and insight.
• You may currently be working within portfolio management, asset management, investment management, valuation, research or real estate strategy. Alongside strong analytical capability, you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Experience working across international real estate portfolios, together with advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills, will be highly regarded.
