Lead or assist the DCM team in the syndication and execution of debt and debt-related transactions
Provide market update and pricing guidance to support deal origination, structuring and execution, including monitoring rates, credit spreads, comparable transactions, investor sentiment and secondary market performance
Coordinate with sales & trading team, issuers, investors and other deal parties during transaction execution, including bookbuilding, order tracking, pricing updates and allocation processes.
Support the preparation of pricing recommendations, distribution analysis, investor feedback summaries and post-deal reports for internal stakeholders and issuer clients.
Work with other departments like Legal, Compliance, etc. on relevant deal-related matters
Assist with KYC / onboarding and accounting opening processes for issuer clients
Requirements:
Minimally a bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business, finance, or related disciplines
At least 5 years work experience with proven track record within debt capital markets or related fixed income / corporate finance disciplines required
Knowledge of Bloomberg and Dealogic are required
Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent analytical skills (numeracy included)
Good knowledge and interest in current financial markets developments, particularly fixed income and credit
Ability to perform effectively in a team environment, with the willingness to step up and take on additional responsibilities
Demonstrate key personal traits like resilience, a high level of drive and motivation, willingness to learn all of which will be key to achieving success in this role
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)applications
