We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire Cybersecurity Engineers to drive and deliver cybersecurity engineering initiatives across their regional operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping security strategy, strengthening enterprise defences, and leading the implementation of advanced security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity engineering solutions and frameworks
- Drive large-scale security initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Oversee the evaluation, deployment, and optimisation of security technologies and platforms
- Proactively identify security risks and gaps, and lead remediation and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across the region
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business units, and external vendors to align security with business objectives
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with demonstrated leadership exposure
- Strong expertise across key security engineering domains such as IAM, Zero Trust, cloud security, network security, and data protection
- Proven track record in delivering security transformation initiatives or large-scale implementations
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as FireMon, Illumio, Pentera, CyberArk, or equivalent technologies
- Prior experience within financial services or highly regulated environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
