Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Cryptocurrency Trader to join our Digital Asset Trading team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crypto market and on crypto derivatives, particularly options on major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. You will be responsible for market-making, directional and volatility trading, and managing risk within a well-defined framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade crypto linear and non-linear (vanilla and structured) across centralized exchanges (CEX) and OTC partners
- Identify and exploit arbitrage, volatility, and skew opportunities across different maturities and instruments
- Design and implement trading strategies, including delta-hedging, gamma scalping, and calendar spreads
- Monitor and manage portfolio risk including Greeks, tail risks, and implied vs realized volatilities
- Collaborate with quant and tech teams to improve pricing models, backtesting infrastructure, and execution tools
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve revenue target
- Support structuring team in designing bespoke crypto-linked structured products and payoffs
- Analyze market trends, news, and blockchain data to drive informed trading decisions
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience trading crypto & derivatives in a risk-taking environment
- Strong understanding of option pricing, volatility surfaces, and risk management techniques
- Strong risk taking capabilities with proven P&L track record
- Familiarity with crypto market structure, including perpetual futures, DEXs, and wallets
- Proficient in Python, KDB, or other relevant tools for trading analytics and automation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
