Job Description

Primary coverage: Corporate Finance
Supplementary coverage: Credit analysis on Financial Institutions, Leveraged finance and Non-Resource Real Estate Finance

Responsibilities

Performing risk reviews on credit proposal (Loan etc.) from front offices, like India branches.
Making recommendation on proposed transactions to the management of the department for their approval
Discussing with front offices for better structure, terms and conditions to make the transaction bankable
Assigning credit rating to customers
Performing periodical credit reviews and monitoring of customers and transactions
Gathering information on the customers, industries and countries for credit reviews and market monitoring
Giving guidance to front offices on transactions and customers from credit risk view

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification
5 - 10 years of working experience, managing large corporate credit assessment within the financial industry
