- Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding process for Private Banking clients
- Review new account documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure onboarding files meet internal CDD and regulatory standards
- Evaluate the quality and credibility of Source of Wealth information
- Conduct name screening, assess adverse media and sanctions exposure
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications
- Provide advisory support to the frontline on CDD policies and local regulations
- Escalate high-risk or reputational concerns to Compliance as needed
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Tax functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement in onboarding controls and processes
- Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in AML/KYC and client onboarding, ideally in Private Banking
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements; ACAMS certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication skillsMandarin proficiency preferred
- A client-centric mindset, strong professional integrity, and a collaborative attitude
