Our client is a major Singapore-based non-profit enterprise, recognised for its strong brand, purpose-driven culture and commitment to developing its people. As part of its continued focus on organisational growth and talent excellence, the organisation is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic rewards programmes that attract, retain and motivate talent.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's compensation and benefits framework. Ensuring compensation programmes remain competitive, equitable and aligned with business priorities. Partnering closely with the HRBPs and business leaders, you will provide strategic advisory on remuneration matters, support annual salary and performance review cycles, and influence key rewards decisions through market insights and data-driven recommendations.
You will lead the review and enhancement of compensation frameworks, policies and governance, while identifying opportunities to strengthen the organisation's overall rewards philosophy. In addition, you will contribute to strategic HR initiatives, working collaboratively across the HR function to deliver progressive people practices that support organisational transformation and long-term business success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with a strong understanding of remuneration strategy, market benchmarking and rewards governance gained within a large organisation. Experience partnering senior business leaders and influencing compensation decisions through commercial and analytical insights will be highly advantageous.
You are a strategic and commercially minded HR professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, you combine sound judgement with a collaborative approach to deliver practical, business-focused rewards solutions. Prior exposure to SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
