Financial Management & Reporting:
Budgeting, forecasting, monthly accruals, and cost management tracking to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Track the SCM saves in relation to ATM trips.
Ensure timely submission of
- Performance scorecard to be submitted to Regional SSB
- Monthly machine downtime for withdrawal service report to MAS
Operation Efficiency:
i. Lead discussion with C2MA & Data Chapter Ops to analyze & implement improvements to address CIT forecasting model and logic that cause the inefficiencies
Ensure appropriate action is taken after analysis to reduce :
- non-essential trips
- adhoc trips and cash expedite / cash out.
- Analyse weekly ATM demand (forecasts vs actual) to ensure trip planning is based on current demand
Operational Support:
i. Act as Authoriser of machine profile updates (under Maker-Checker control) after analysis is done
Facilitate weekly CIT trips & SSB network Service Level discussion
iii. Support SDMs on adhoc analysis such as machine faults, tickets, and service levels trend.
Project Support:
Work with Regional SSB Project Team, C2MA & Data Chapter Ops on new initiatives such as change in system, new machine due to fleet refresh or new Business initiatives on ATM strategy.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Business Analytics or operations excellence
- Degree holder in Business Analytics / Engineering / Statistics / Finance with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Strong technical and applicable experience MS Office Products, data analytics / visualization programming languages / tools such as R, Python, SAS, Tableau etc would be an advantage
- Proficient in SQL and query optimization on e.g. Teradata, Hadoop, Sparkola, Superset, S3, Alluxio, etc, would be an advantage
- A highly organized individual with ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
