This is a pivotal, high-impact role within the CEO's Office, responsible for developing the organization's strategic direction and long-range planning, spearheading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and managing critical, high-profile special projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role serves as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, driving identification of strategic priorities and key growth opportunities, providing analysis and forecasting as required, as well as coordinating execution of strategic priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Governance
- Translate the Board's and CEO's vision and strategic priorities into quantifiable and actionable enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) over the short, mid and long-term.
- Facilitate Board-Management strategy reviews, ensuring deep alignment and collaboration with functional leadership.
- Identify leading indicators and disruptive trends and integrate them into the vision and long-range planning.
Strategic Studies, Analysis and Communication
- Analyze Shareholders and Directors feedback to provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
- Conduct deep-dive macroeconomic, industry, and competitor research and strategic studies. This includes analyzing and presenting the implications of major regulatory changes or geopolitical shifts in key markets.
- Prepare impactful internal and external communications and presentations, including Board-level and Executive Committee materials, ensuring all content is characterized by clarity, structural integrity, and profound business relevance.
- Collaborate with various functions to centralize, standardize, and analyze business information, ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of strategic reports.
- Revamp financial reports and other key business insights into high-impact communication presentations including management dashboards.
Enterprise Transformation and Excellence
- Identify and coordinate execution of transformation programmes directly aligned with core organizational priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or a top-tier management consulting environment, with proven capabilities in strategic thinking, problem-solving and managing complex transitions and transformative initiatives.
- Significant exposure to, or direct experience working within, a Strategy Office, Office of the CEO, or closely partnering with senior executive leadership is strongly preferred.
- Strong research and analytical ability.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- A conscientious, energetic and goal-oriented individual with strong learning agility and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint presentations, and in leveraging modern analytics, business intelligence, and automation toolsincluding proficiency with platforms like Power BI, Rule-Based Automation (RBA), and AI-enabled solutionsto enhance reporting, generate strategic insights, and drive operational efficiency.
