Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Workforce management, specifically roster schedule for SRE Operate
- Ensure Work life balance is managed effectively, and shift arrangements are optimal including leave management, holiday plans and deployment schedules
- Manage training schedule effectively without impacting Operations
- Provide metrics on productivity, efficiency, learning curve, areas for improvement
- Work with governance leads to delivering a playbook for onboarding on new tasks / activities to Production support
- Providing status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the onboarding and offboarding of resources
- Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on continuous service improvement and consistent delivery
- Work with Risk team to respond timely to Audit & Risk RFIs. Manage Audit walkthroughs
- Manage workloads across geographical locations and ensure optimal load balancing across locations
- Manage and run regular BCP drills to test the execution of BCP plans
Requirements
- 5- 8 years of strong experience in the Banking industry with minimum 3+ years in work force management
- Strong team player, effective at communicating internationally and used to working closely with remote teams
- Understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity
- Present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form
- Pro-active, independent, resourceful, and able to work in a team
