Job Purpose
The Innovation Analyst will play a crucial role in driving DBS's innovation agenda by supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing digital capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and developing acumen for using Generative AI (GenAI) and modern work tools and practices across the organization. This role will specifically focus on empowering our staff with cutting-edge skills and fostering a strong innovation mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- GenAI Acumen Development Program Support: Assist in the delivery and coordination of hands-on GenAI training across the bank through masterclasses, workshops, clinics, hackathons, and digital learning modules.
- GenAI Advocacy: Drive the effective utilization of GenAI tools, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity, and providing support and guidance to users.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics related to innovation initiatives, training effectiveness, and GenAI tool usage to inform future strategies and demonstrate impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with DBS markets and other internal stakeholders, including learning and development teams, technology teams, and business units, to ensure the seamless execution of programs aimed at driving acumen across the bank.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for teach-ins, workshops, masterclasses, and other learning materials.
- Innovation Evangelism: Act as an advocate for innovation within DBS, inspiring and encouraging staff to embrace new technologies and ways of working.
- Festival & Campaign Coordination: Play a key role in internal festivals, spearheading efforts to promote and maximize participation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in a business context, particularly in areas related to AI and digital tools.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in innovation project management, leading workshops, and masterclasses, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning.
