Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Own and prioritize product backlog based on business needs requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Business stakeholders to translate requirements into product requirements
  • Review business processes and identify optimizing solutions/features
  • Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria, review test plan/scenarios, and perform user acceptance testing
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/initiatives
  • Present project plans, updates, and results to senior leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities

Experience

  • 5-7 years working experience in a Financial Services/Insurance industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital products or platforms at scale
  • Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management at senior/executive levels
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible to change and resilient
  • Have a solution mindset, detail oriented and willingness to learn is a must

Education

  • Academic: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or Digital/Tech related field
  • Agile knowledge or certifications
  • Worked with Project Management tools (e.g. Figma/Confluence/JIRA)
