A leading international bank is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Lead to design, implement and drive the organisation's learning strategy in support of business priorities and people development goals. The role strengthens organisational capability, enhances employee engagement, and builds leadership and technical competencies across the business. You will also lead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Graduate Development programs and broader engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's learning and development strategy aligned with business and people objectives.
- Design and deliver impactful programmes, including leadership, onboarding, technical and soft-skills training, using blended learning approaches.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive talent development, succession planning and high-potential initiatives.
- Oversee learning operations, including the LMS, training effectiveness, vendor management, and budget planning.
- Lead Diversity & Inclusion efforts, Graduate Recruitment & Development programmes, and key employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading Learning & Development functions, preferably in a banking environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective learning programs.
- Proficient with e-learning platforms and modern learning technologies.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
