Title: AVP, KYC Project Manager
- Lead KYC Projects: Oversee KYC outsourcing projects across Asian regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational standards. Other involvement includes identifying on-going process improvements initiatives.
- Business Case Development: Prepare comprehensive business cases for KYC initiatives, outlining scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Project Planning and Execution
- Gather and analyze requirements for KYC centralization
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budget
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with the project for eg, regulatory, outsourcing and technology risks
- Obtain necessary internal approvals required during the entire lifecycle of the project
- Prepare and assist in obtaining regulatory approval, if required
- Organize Project Working Group and Project Sterling Committee
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting of project status to various senior stakeholders and Committees on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of business requirement document
- Assist or coordinating in the preparation of test scripts and also testing of the scripts, if required
- Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders on the SIT and UAT
- Conduct or arrange training sessions for affected teams
- Prepare revised SOPs basing on the new Target Operating Model
- Prepare and organize cut over readiness of the process from spoke to hub
- Post Implementation
- Plan and organize resources for parallel run for a defined period
- Record, monitor and track production issues including work with relevant stakeholders to resolve these defects
- Provide status report to stakeholders on a regular basis
