Our Client
Our client is a reputable financial institution undergoing ongoing HR transformation. To support these initiatives, the firm is seeking an AVP, HRIS & People Operations Projects to advance HR systems, processes and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will support the implementation of a new HR Information System by coordinating project activities, streamlining workflows and ensuring accurate data preparation. You will assist with system documentation, training materials and communication plans to ready stakeholders for adoption, while helping to drive key deliverables in line with project timelines.

You will also support compensation and benefits work, including preparing compensation materials, conducting market research and contributing to the design and deployment of the HRIS compensation module. In addition, the role involves updating the Employee Handbook for 2026, developing HR guidelines and assisting with HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration and general HR coordination.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has 6 to 8 years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR operations or HR project management, preferably within financial services or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management and workflow design is essential, along with hands-on HRIS experience. Familiarity with compensation systems such as Compport is beneficial. Success in the role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders. A proactive, adaptable and collaborative working style is key.
