Role Mission
Lead enterprise-wide innovation, integration, and intelligent automation across corporate and enterprise systems to modernise StarHub's technology landscape and accelerate digital transformation.
Accountabilities
Own the Innovation, Integration & Automation (IIA) strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems.
Lead integration, orchestration, and middleware optimisation across ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Productivity platforms.
Drive intelligent automation and workflow transformation across enterprise functions.
Establish and scale the Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Govern standards, architecture alignment, and delivery excellence for all enterprise integration and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the innovation, integration, and automation strategy for enterprise systems.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that enhance enterprise agility, efficiency, and operational quality.
Lead integration and orchestration design across ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Productivity platforms.
Oversee middleware optimisation to improve performance, reliability, resilience, and scalability.
Champion API-led connectivity, event-driven patterns, and interoperability across enterprise applications.
Drive adoption of intelligent automation platforms to streamline cross-functional workflows.
Establish automation governance, lifecycle frameworks, development standards, and reusable patterns.
Measure automation ROI, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational impact.
Lead the Innovation & Automation CoE to uplift capability, standardise practices, and accelerate delivery.
Drive organisational change, training, and stakeholder alignment to support adoption of new solutions.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Finance, HR, Risk, Security, and other enterprise teams to ensure cohesive design and prioritisation.
Manage partner and vendor ecosystems supporting integration and automation platforms, ensuring quality and optimised utilisation.
Ideal Track Record
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Master's degree is an advantage.
12-18 years of experience in enterprise technology, integration architecture, automation platforms, or digital transformation.
Proven success leading integration and automation initiatives across ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, or other enterprise systems.
Strong expertise with integration technologies (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, CPI), API frameworks, and middleware optimisation.
Demonstrated experience implementing intelligent automation (UiPath, Laiye, Power Automate, etc.) at scale.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities.
Ability to drive strategic direction while influencing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
