Our client is a leading global asset manager with a strong and growing private assets platform in Asia. As part of its continued expansion, the firm is strengthening its Fund Operations team to support increasing product complexity and fund launches, particularly within alternative and private market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end fund operations processes for private assets, including NAV oversight, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
- Liaise closely with fund administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Support new fund launches and fund lifecycle events, including VCC structures where applicable.
- Monitor service provider performance and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational risk management.
- Prepare and review operational and management reports for internal stakeholders.
Experience Required
- 5-10 years of relevant fund operations experience within asset management, fund services, or alternatives platforms.
- Exposure to private assets (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets, or alternatives) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore fund structures VCC experience is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail with solid understanding of fund lifecycle and controls.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
