We are partnering with a high-growth private credit firm specializing in infrastructure and alternative credit strategies. They are looking for an AVP to support the Middle Office function, assisting with fund operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting a hands-on role with exposure to senior leadership and high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio monitoring and fund performance tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in investor reporting and communications, providing clear, high-quality data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support new fund launches.
- Help implement and maintain robust operational frameworks, policies, and controls to support business growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and operational best practices, supporting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
- 58 years in Middle Office, Fund Operations, or Portfolio Management within private credit, alternative assets, or asset management.
- Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, NAV calculation, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and operational controls.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to work closely with senior leadership and investment teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
