AVP -Fund Accountant- (Private Equity/ Venture Capital)

Our client is a Singapore based boutique venture capital and is seeking an AVP- Fund Accountant to join the team.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include

• Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and maintain financial records
• Manage cash flows, budgeting, forecasting, and GST/tax filings.
• Handle fund accounting tasks such as capital calls, capital accounts, and carried interest.
• Coordinate with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries) and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support bank account management, payments, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA qualification is a plus) .
• At least 3+ years of experience, preferably in Private Equity /Venture Capital funds.
• Candidates straight out of Big 4 firm with PE exposure shall be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude with willingness to learn.
