AVP, Finance (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and robust audit controls across all entities and joint ventures.

• Partner with country and project teams to assess performance, manage risks, and enhance profitability, providing financial insights on pricing, sales performance, costs, and portfolio outcomes.

• Collaborate with joint venture teams and Group Treasury on project financing, including bank negotiations, loan compliance, and preparation of approval documentation.

• Manage financial oversight of multiple JVs across Southeast Asia, ensuring adherence to JV agreements, strong financial governance, and effective engagement with JV partners and boards.

• Lead and develop finance teams, strengthening technical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

• Support new investments, divestments, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance

• Real Estate Developer Experience will be a plus

• Strong experience working with joint ventures, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
