Job Description

This role presents a high‑impact opportunity to shape agency performance through data‑driven insights, operating model enhancement, and ROI‑focused decision‑making. You will play a critical role in advancing our mission by translating complex data into actionable strategies that improve productivity, effectiveness, and growth across agency channels. Working at the intersection of business, analytics, and transformation, this role directly supports smarter decisions and stronger business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Measurement & Business Insights

  • Conduct regular performance and value tracking to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Perform in-depth data analytics to derive actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Define business problems and frame opportunities to improve agency productivity and effectiveness.

Agency Operating Model Enhancement

  • Assess maturity levels across key areas of the MAG, MFA, Banca Operating Model and recommend solutions to uplift capabilities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on agency performance, providing transparency on ROI and outcomes.

Lead Generation & ROI Optimization

  • Partner with the Analytics team to design and enhance models addressing business needs-especially around lead funnel performance and lead generation ROI.

  • Review, refine, and test lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent flow of high‑quality, high‑conversion leads.

  • Conduct cost‑benefit analyses to optimize solutions, interventions, and agency-led marketing campaigns.

Data Engineering & Experimentation

  • Lead data engineering and instrumentation efforts, including event tracking, lead source tagging, and pipeline attribution-independent of the analytics function.

  • Establish and advance experimentation practices, including A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring a robust test registry, clear guardrails, and strong causal inference capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance analytics, data-driven strategy, or business insights roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in data modeling, metrics design, and ROI measurement.

  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and causal inference methodologies.

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and recommendations.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly data/analytics teams.
