Our client is a non banking company in financial services with Global presence who offer a range of trading services and solutions. They are seeking an AVP - Client Services/Trade Platform Support to lead a team.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Set up and manage Trade management system users, trading limits, and client access, including onboarding via exchanges, FIX, APIs, or sponsored access
- Provide first-line support to the trading desks and clients for trading system and access issues.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements and implementations.
- Automate reports and controls, monitor trading system alerts, log support queries, and assist Risk and Compliance teams on trading-related matters
- Lead and optimize team workflows by designing compliant processes, identifying improvements, managing change and escalations, and driving strong team performance.
To be eligible for this role you shall have:
- Relevant degree or qualification with 3+ years experience in derivatives trading platforms and access, with team leadership.
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset to drive change.
- Ability to drive change and work closely with global heads on key initiatives.
