Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the delivery of operations-related projects or initiatives (Cash Management, Payments, Remittance) from planning to execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Business units.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
Business Analysis
- Gather, articulate, and document business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and process mapping.
- Prioritize change requests and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
Remittance Expertise
- Support local and cross-border remittance operations.
- Ensure system stability and operational efficiency for remittance platforms.
- Drive process enhancements and automation for remittance operations.
Data Analytics
- Manage remittance data analytics for trend analysis, fraud detection, and operational insights.
- Develop dashboards and management reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Use data to optimize costs and improve Straight Through Processing (STP) rates.
Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Monitor operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Regulatory & Risk Compliance
- Ensure projects comply with MAS regulations and internal risk frameworks.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
