Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) before launch of new processes and/or processes change
  • Prompt management of document archival and retrieval
  • Perform technical verification checks on customer's documents and process customer profile maintenance in Bank's operating systems
  • Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries
  • Actively participate in and promptly support UAT/LV for system/workflow enhancements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
  • Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
  • Complete ad hoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline
  • Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
  • Review and update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
  • Take initiative and ownership of all cases handled and follow up on resolutions closely
  • Proactively ensured all requests met Core Operational Risk Standard (CORS) requirements, reinforcing internal control standards and mitigating potential risks
  • Review and improve standards/procedures/framework for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Manage and perform prompt call-back verification for customer static data updates, adhering to compliance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with banking operations, compliance, and risk management principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools
