Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Avocado Baristas to join our team. You will prepare beverages, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet. Training will be provided, and no prior avocado experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare avocado drinks, smoothies, coffee, and specialty beverages following company SOP to ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality
- Handle ingredients and toppings properly to maintain product freshness and quality
- Monitor ingredient freshness and perform stock rotation to reduce waste
- Greet and serve customers professionally to provide a positive customer experience
- Recommend menu items and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Operate cashier and POS systems accurately to process transactions
- Resolve basic customer enquiries politely to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with food safety requirements
- Wash equipment and utensils thoroughly to ensure sanitation
- Assist in opening and closing duties to support smooth daily operations
- Refill stock and packaging materials promptly to avoid shortages
- Follow food safety and operational procedures to ensure compliance and safety
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to support outlet operations during peak periods
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism to foster a productive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in beverage preparation
- Knowledge of cashiering and POS systems
- Basic English communication skills for customer interaction
