Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and sales orders for engine packages
Develop network/WBS elements and corresponding sales orders in time for engine induction
Preload spares for engine packaging, including QT Gate 1 & 3, ServiceBulletins (SB), Defects, Critical Spares, Dispatch, and Final Inspection Orders
Review stock levels for engine parts and raise purchase requests in SAP and DSS files
To follow up with the Purchasing to ensure spares ordered and deliver on time
Raise manual requisitions when needed and ensure the timely receipt of DSS items
Prepare engine paperwork (including QT, SB, and Defect eSJC task cards) and ensure all documents are properly printed and stored and accounted for
To work with Technical Service Engineers and LAEs to prepare for out-house repair parys and engine modules by raising NCPO (No Cost Purchase Order)
Track and follow up on PR (Purchase Requisition) releases to ensure timely follow up on NCPO with customer.
Ensure all work packages are closed by checking and updating completed engine paperwork (QT Gate 1 & 3, SB, Defect, Dispatch, and Final Inspection Orders) into SAP
Ensure all orders are TECO (Technically Completed) to inform the billing team
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Effective communication and stakeholders management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
