AV Technician | Up to $2500 | Changi Airport | Mon-Fri #2209

• Duration: 1 year

• Working Location: Changi Airport

• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs (8am-5:30pm) & Fri (8am-5pm)

• Salary range: $2000-$2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting of AV/VC equipment in the various facilities (e.g., meeting rooms, board room, Events Hub, pantries, etc.) around CAG's office

• Ensure that the AV/VC equipment in the various facilities are in operational and tidy condition

• Resolve any issues or Report to AV vendors for solutions

• Ensure that the furniture in the various office facilities is in good condition

• Maintaining AV/VC inventory for the team - check on the stock level for HDMI/VGA cables, spare AV equipment, etc. and activate the AV vendor when the stocks are low

• Attend to all AV/VC related matters

• Prepare training materials and conduct quarterly training for employees on the use of AV/VC equipment.

• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors for related works

• Assist in preparing quotation and tender specifications for AV maintenance and upgrading related works and conduct site show-rounds

Other Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Nitec with at least 4 years of relevant experience

• Experience setting up Audio/Video equipment for events/conferences etc

• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Audio/Video equipment
