What You'll Do

. Hunt for new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

. Build strong client relationships and expand key accounts

. Understand client needs and deliver compelling AV solutions

. Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing

. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver successful, high-quality projects

. Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies

Who We're Looking For

Fresh Graduates

. Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field

. Strong interest in AV, technology, and sales

. Basic knowledge of IT/networking

. Hungry to learn, driven to succeed, and not afraid of challenges

Experienced Candidates

. Proven track record in sales or business development (AV/IT/technology preferred)

. Strong understanding of AV systems and/or IT infrastructure

. Confident in managing clients, closing deals, and driving revenue

. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership attitude
