AV Executive/Technician

This position needs at least 1 year of working experience in MOE-school environments.

Scope of work:

. Basic periodic maintenance of AV/IT equipment

. Troubleshoot technical issues involving AV/IT equipment and systems

. Physical replacement of faulty AV/IT equipment (e.g. classrooms ceiling mounted projectors)

. Manage inventory of AV/IT equipment

. Liaise with vendors regarding maintenance and purchase of AV/IT equipment and consumables

. Manage user accounts for the school wireless network

. Update the digital signage system

. Render and upload lecture recordings

. Set-up of IT and AV equipment for examination venues

. Provide AV support for major school events independently

. Other assigned activities

Skills needed to succeed:

. NITEC (or equivalent) in AV/IT or engineering related field

. Familiarity with IT/AV systems

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Good team player

. Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush)

. At least 1 year of experience working as ICT/AV Assistant in a school/institution
