Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and technical support for various audio-visual systems including: Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, Audio Visual Switchers and any audio-related issues
- Handle videowall calibration, configuration of digital signage system
- Ensure system performance optimization and proper calibration of audio visual setups.
- Work closely with the internal team and manufacturers to implement customized solutions.
- Assist in post-sales support, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of service reports and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches
- Experience in videowall color calibration
