Automotive Technician Lead (EV / Advanced Diagnostics)

• Lead advanced diagnostics and resolve complex repair cases across ICE and EV vehicles
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to workshop technicians
• Drive improvements in first-time fix rate through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Act as the key technical escalation point for challenging cases within the workshop
• Liaise with manufacturer technical support teams when required
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality
  
  

• Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Proven capability in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
• Exposure to EV or high-voltage systems is a must
• Posses leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members
