Automotive Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, brake service, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vehicles.
• Repair or replace defective parts and systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, braking, suspension, electrical).
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with strong responsibility and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications
• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.
