AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 2pm (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities :

. Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow of accident repair jobs

. Supervise vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and accident repair works

. Assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates / quotations

. Liaise with customers, insurers, surveyors, and relevant parties on accident repair matters where required

. Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion

. Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality control, and safety compliance

. Review job done, repair orders, and completed works before vehicle handover

. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related escalations

. Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time, and staff performance

. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables

. Support cost control, parts coordination, and operational reporting.

Job Requirements :

. Experience in using Microsoft office and other related software.

. At least 3 years of relevant workshop experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred

. Strong knowledge on the processes of vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and accident repair.

. Experience in preparing repair quotations and damage assessments

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on workshop environment.
