Automotive Parts Delivery

We are looking for a reliable and responsible delivery rider to support our workshop operations by collecting and delivering motorcycle spare parts efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime for repairs.

This is a long-term role, so we're looking for someone who can commit consistently. It's a great fit for retirees or anyone seeking a stable, part-time routine.

Working Hours

Part-time / Flexible Shift

Morning Run: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Reach workshop by 11:30AM unless under special circumstances)

Afternoon Run: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Reach workshop by 5:30PM unless under special circumstances)

Split shifts (must be punctual for both runs). Shift runs from Monday-Saturday. If only able to commit Mon-Fri, do let us know in application.

• Workshop is located at 1 Corporation Drive #05-16 (Would be good if you stay at west side/central)

• May not need afternoon run on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Parts Collection & Delivery

• Collect motorcycle parts from suppliers and deliver to workshop
• Deliver parts between workshop and external vendors if required
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery to avoid delays in repair work

2. Coordination

• Liaise with workshop team on parts needed for the day
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm readiness of parts before collection
• Update team on delivery status or delays

3. Handling & Accuracy

• Ensure correct parts are collected (check correct item, quantity, model)

• Handle parts carefully to avoid damage
• Keep receipts/invoices and pass to admin/workshop

4. Basic Errands Support

• Assist with simple errands (e.g. sending documents, small item purchases)
• Support workshop operations when required

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle license (Class 2B)
• Own motorcycle preferred
• Familiar with Singapore roads and common parts suppliers
• Responsible, punctual, and responsive
• Able to use WhatsApp/phone for coordination
• Basic understanding of motorcycle parts is a plus (not required but preferred)

Pay Structure

Hourly / per shift pay

Petrol allowance
