AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC

Responsibilities:

. Inspect and diagnose automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems

. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks

. Replace worn or damaged parts, and repair or rebuild engines, transmissions, and other major automotive components

. Use technical manuals, diagrams, and other documentation to ensure proper maintenance and repair procedures

. Test and evaluate automotive systems and components to ensure proper operation and safety

. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and comply with all regulatory requirements and safety guidelines

. Collaborate with other mechanics and automotive technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance and repair work

. Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and techniques in the automotive maintenance field

. Participate in safety and training programs to ensure a safe and effective work environment
