Responsibilities
- Respond to job assignments promptly and perform on-site mechanic services.
- Restart breakdown vehicles of AA members and corporate customers.
- Observe safety practices in the course of attending to breakdown cases.
- Carry out documentation as per vehicle recovery procedures.
- Display basic customer service skill in the course of work.
- Safe-keep all sales proceeds and document and deposit these into the steel box at the Call Centre at the end of shift.
- Replenish service van with batteries after sales have been made.
- Carry out daily vehicle serviceability checks as per Before Operations Check.
- Upskill to provide corrective/ preventive maintenance/ testing and commission to EV chargers.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence required.
- Able to speak and write simple English.
- Min. qualification NTC in Vehicle Mechanic and above.
- Required to work rotating day & night shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Working experience in vehicle recovery services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle repair/ maintenance will be added advantage.
- No related experience with willing-to-learn and positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Able to start work immediately/ within short notice are preferred.
