Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily operations related to automotive spare parts and technical support
Provide technical advice and product support for automotive components and systems
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or product-related issues
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding product specifications and requirements
Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling and storage of automotive parts
Support sales and business development teams with technical knowledge and recommendations
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements
Train and guide junior staff on automotive products and technical processes
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation related to operations and inventory

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry or auto parts operations
Knowledge of automotive systems, spare parts, and vehicle components
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage daily operational activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems is an advantage
Experience in automotive spare parts wholesale or distribution industry preferred
Able to communicate with suppliers and customers effectively
