Our client is a progressive Internet of Things (IoT) SaaS software company. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for an IOT Specialist (Technical Support), based in Singapore.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Onsite hands-on wiring installation for GPS tracker in vehicles
- Research and identify solutions to hardware and software issues
- Communicate with clients via phone, email or chat, to resolve technical issues
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Ensure all issues are properly logged, documentation of technical notes
- Automotive industry, electrical engineering background advantageous
- Previous work experience in technical support
- Client-facing communication skills
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiar with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
