Location: Carros Centre (NorthWest)
Working days/time: 5.5days/week
- Mon - Fri: 9 am-6 pm
- Sat: 9am - 1pm
Salary: Basic up to $3.5k (Depending on experience)
Job Scope:
Operations:
- Inspect vehicles, verify chassis/engine numbers & record condition
- Arrange vehicle storage, movement, entry/exit, and inspections
- Manage vehicle keys and conduct weekly stock checks
- Coordinate with the admin on documentation and handover
Admin:
- Process vehicle entry/exit via the LTA system and prepare documents
- Maintain records, reports, and daily transaction updates
- Handle invoicing, contracts, and customer coordination
- Monitor document submissions and liaise with LTA on approvals/issues
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar operations/admin roles (automotive, logistics, or vehicle handling preferred)
- Familiar with vehicle documentation, inventory control, or LTA-related processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers, internal teams, and authorities
