Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, strategies, and cases based on business and non-functional requirements.
- Possess hands-on expertise in manual testing, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and validation within agile environments.
- Proficient in API testing.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Espresso and Appium.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.
- Configure the test environment, manage test data, and use testing tools and software.
Technical Expertise
- Expertise in Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of e-banking, payments, or trading experience is good to have.
- Experience with test automation tool chains such as Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, and Espresso.
- Experience in mobile automation using Appium for developing scripts.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab (preferred) and Jenkins.
- Development experience with hands-on exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies, and security scans.
