We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead for banking client to drive the design, development, and delivery of automation testing across our digital banking platforms. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a passion for building scalable frameworks, advancing automation maturity, and contributing to highquality software delivery.
Roles
- Develop and implement the automation strategy aligned with project goals and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Build robust, scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and integration testing.
- Lead the design, scripting, execution, and maintenance of automated test suites for internet and mobile banking.
- Drive automation coverage across functional, regression, API, performance, and security testing
- Ensure automation solutions meet banking-grade security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to increase automation efficiency and accelerate delivery.
- Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years in QA automation with extensive experience working with various QA tools
- Min 4 years in lead role with proven experience in leading sizable testing team
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium with experience in API testing
- Experience in testing in cloud environment
- Banking experience is highly preferred
