Overview:

The Test Automation Engineer is responsible to develop automation script based on the test scenario. The scripts to conform to standards and are delivered with quality, meeting schedule and requirements.

What we seek to accomplish together:

  • Designing and developing test automation scripts based on the requirements provided - Functional and non-functional
  • Using test automation guidelines
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst (BA) and software engineers to develop the automation scripts
  • Investigate problems detected during testing
  • Participate in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities to ensure the smooth execution of automation scripts in respective environment.
  • Prepare test reports & maintain up-to-date documentation


A little about you:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as automation test engineer
  • Experienced in TOSCA
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux commands, Shell Scripting and Windows Powershell
  • Familiar with FSI domain (payment, securities) will be added advantage
  • Experience using scrum-based software development tools like JIRA, confluence
  • Experience in integration with DevOps & CI/CD
  • Excellent design, strong communication both oral & written English and working in a medium to large team
