What You'll Do
As an Automation Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions across the department. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver smart, scalable solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Discover & Design: Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.
- Build & Deploy: Develop automation scripts, bots, and workflows using Python, or other platforms.
- Monitor & Optimize: Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation solutions.
- Educate & Advocate: Train users, promote automation culture, and share best practices across teams.
- Document & Govern: Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
What You'll Bring
- A curious mind and a passion for solving problems with technology.
- Experience or interest in automation tools (e.g., RPA, scripting, low-code platforms).
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
