Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization.

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.

Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and processes.

Utilize C#, VBA, VB, Python, Google Apps Script, Javascript, PHP to enhance and extend automation capabilities.

Integrate automation solutions with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.

Integrate automation solutions with Finance system and government / vendor portals.

Design and implement end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless integration between systems.

Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.

Document automation processes, procedures, and solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on automated processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.

Manage and prioritize multiple automation projects.

Work with WordPress to automate content management and website workflows.

Manage UiPath Orchestrator, including deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA).

Proficiency in UiPath development, including design, development, and deployment.

Strong programming skills in Google Apps Script, C#, VBA, VB, Python, Javascript, PHP.

Experience managing UI Path Orchestrator Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Apps Script and GCP.

Experience with WordPress development and automation.

Knowledge of workflow design and implementation principles.

Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Familiarity with Finance processes in the Healthcare domain is highly preferred.

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.
