Job Responsibilities:
Primary: Maintenance & Service
- Perform maintenance and servicing of automation systems (AMR,AGV, ACR, 4-Way Shuttle, ASRS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and maintain service records.
- Manage spare parts (stock, tracking, and replenishment).
- Prepare basic reports on downtime and maintenance activities.
- Support and troubleshoot PLC, sensors, conveyors, and related systems.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth system performance.
- Identify and carry out minor system improvements.
Secondary: Projects & Support (When Required)
- Support installation and commissioning of automation systems.
- Assist in warehouse automation projects and upgrades.
- Help with basic layout and workflow planning.
- Prepare and update project documentation.
- Track project timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Related Field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
- Experience in equipment servicing or automation systems preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
