Job Description:
The Automation Engineer will join the Tractors Singapore Limited's (TSL) IT team to develop Digital Process Automation solutions for business units within TSL. The ideal candidate is primarily responsible for analysis, development, testing, training and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to drive automation of operations processes to meet business operational needs and objectives.
- Perform analysis, solutions design, development and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications
- Provides steady-state support for the automation applications and enhancements to maintain currency of the deployed automation solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technology, digitalization tools and industry best practices
- Identify automation opportunities and propose continuous improvement to existing processes with latest developments in RPA technology
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline or IT preferred
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
- Adaptability to understand and interest to work with low code applications and systems
- 3-4 years of working experience with UiPath. Certification in UiPath is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate RPA is an advantage
