Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of automation solutions involving PLCs, robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
- Assist in the selection of electrical components and preparation of purchase lists for automation control systems.
- Participate in automation projects focused on machine improvement, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure stable and efficient machine operations.
- Support the programming, integration, and testing of vision systems, robots, AGVs, servo systems, and related automation equipment.
- Collect and analyze machine timing data, prepare timing charts, and support cycle time improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements and project matters.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Motion Control, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in motion control, automation, or machine control systems.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, servo systems, robotics, vision systems, and motion control technologies.
- Experience in semiconductor, display, or secondary battery industries is an added advantage.
- Experience in machine-building or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
