Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support Site IT operations team to ensure 100% availability of Robo and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other Digital MMD teams (Foundational & Digital Services) and Technology Infrastructure, Operations, & Experience (TIO&E) teams to effectively manage site IT changes and incidents.
- Collaborate with site functions including DMO automation, Engineering services, Global Engineering services to remediate infrastructure issues and execute upgrade projects.
- Manage network equipment vendor, Robo server vendor, electrical vendor for operation and project activities.
- Coordinate with global Leads, Program Managers, and Business stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver digital/transformational initiatives efficiently and effectively, ensuring program execution aligns with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of data security and integrity.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent Engineering degree.
- More than 4 years of experience in IT operations in Pharma Manufacturing Environment.
- Passionate about working with new technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team across global hubs, maintaining a highly collaborative and transparent effort.
