Job Summary

You will lead SCADA/PLC project implementation from concept through commissioning for process plants, ensuring effective design, programming, testing, and integration to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement SCADA/PLC projects from concept through design, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning for process plants
• Evaluate P&IDs and develop functional design specifications to guide project execution
• Design control panels and subpanels, generating accurate I/O lists for system integration
• Develop functional blocks and program PLCs to meet process automation requirements
• Configure and interface SCADA systems to ensure seamless communication and control
• Apply working knowledge of Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus DP, Profibus PA, and Modbus communication protocols to support system connectivity
• Operate Siemens and Schneider PLCs with hands-on programming and troubleshooting experience
• Utilize Siemens and Schneider HMI and SCADA platforms for system visualization and control
• Independently conduct testing and commissioning activities at local and overseas project sites to verify system performance
• Apply basic information technology knowledge to support automation system integration
• Execute automation projects within the Water and Used Water industry, applying relevant domain expertise
